Aloha and Welcome to Kahili Coast, Our Beachfront Estate Vacation Rental on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. Our property is 2,000 sf complete with three bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms (3bd 3ba). Our home is the perfect blend of island and modern living. We have a completely covered parking for up to 3 cars. Prime location and tons of amenities! Our property includes a full size kitchen, open concept dining room, living room, laundry room, and outdoor lanai steps from the beach in your backyard.

With nearly an acre of land and 100 ft of coastline our Beachfront Estate is completely private and will provide you with an amazing experience of Oahu’s North Shore.

LIVING ROOM

Rest and relax in our living room with ocean views on one side and our huge yard on the other. Simple, airy and perfect.

MASTER BEDROOM

Our Master Bedroom is provided with a four post king bed and includes built in closets and dresser. It is simply furnished with a lounge chair, accessory table, plants, wood bench, and nightstands. Each bedroom has a separate AC and ceiling fan. The ensuite bathroom is stunning with modern bold black tile and a spacious shower.

SECOND BEDROOM

Our Second Bedroom is furnished with two queen beds with rattan headboards. It also has built-in closets and a dresser as well.. Each bedroom has a separate AC and ceiling fan. The ensuite bathroom is crisp and clean with modern black tile. Our second bathroom features a porcelain tile shower.

THIRD BEDROOM

Our Third Bedroom is furnished with two queen beds with rattan headboards. It also has built-in closets and a dresser as well. Each bedroom has a separate AC and ceiling fan. The ensuite bathroom is crisp and clean with modern black tile. Our third bathroom features a porcelain tile shower and cast iron porcelain enameled tub.

LAUNDRY

Our laundry room has two full size washer and dryers (stacked) with complementary laundry pods (All – Free and Clear). We aim to provide you with worry-free accommodations. We don’t have chore lists or tasks that you need to do. We would love to meet you, but also totally respect your privacy. If you need anything or have any questions we are usually able to respond or answer questions within the hour. We strive to provide sustainable and organic products as much as possible.

SAUNA

Sun Home Luminar™ Outdoor 5-Person Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna with Full-Spectrum Wavelengths Integrated full-spectrum infrared heating system, delivering near, mid, and far wavelengths. Innovative low EMF heaters provide safe sauna experience. Chromotherapy is the science of using colored LEDs to provide therapeutic benefits. Each color provides a different healing property. Please use safely and under adult supervision. A general guideline is 15 minutes, also please note that afternoon sun may increase sauna temperatures.

THE BAY

Malaekahana Bay or “The Bay” is located between Kahuku and Laie with a little over a mile of sandy coastline. Most of these photos are taken right in front of our house or a few minutes down the beach. At the end of Malaekahana you can walk around into Hukilau Bay for another mile ending at Temple Beach in Laie. Enjoy every aspect of the beach:

• Over 2 miles of Coastline great for Beach Walking
• Surfing at Castle Beach (The north end of Malaekahana Bay)
• Body Surfing/Boogie Boarding at Hukilau Beach
• A short swim/reef walk out to Goat Island

Like many beaches on Oahu there are no lifegaurds, please supervise children and ocean safety.

LANAI/OUTDOOR

Our property is complete with an outdoor patio and a beautifully landscaped front and back yard. We also have an outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off after the beach. We provide some beach toys for kids, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for our guests!

GUEST ACCESS

Our Beachfront Estate is fully fenced and has a keyed access gate. Keyless (4-digit) guest specific pass code for the front door will be provide after booking prior to arrival. Please do not attempt to bring more guests than are on your reservation. Visitors are not allowed to stay the night and will be asked to leave. Please do not put us in that position.

BOOKING AND AVAILABILITY

Cancellation Policy – Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Check-in after 4:00 PM, we will text your if our guest suite is available before 4:00 PM. You may drop off luggage after 1:00 PM.

Check-out before 11:00 AM, no need to clean before checkout but tidying up is appreciated. Please do not strip beds or start laundry as we will take care of all the linens.

• No Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes allowed

• No parties allowed
• Maximum number of guest specified during booking 6-10 guests maximum.
